Professional football training for young players in the UAE
PRO M FOOTBALL ACADEMY is a unique commercial academy with a professional approach to young football players in UAE. We are not making a team! We are making players! Pavel Mamaev is the founder and president of PRO M. He’s a professional football player of the Russian National Football Team, FC KRASNODAR, FC CSKA. PRO M coaches have UEFA certificates. They have rich experience in football clubs of England, France, China and Russia.

- Almaz GilmutdinovA two-time Candidate for Master of Sport, Almaz holds a degree in physical education and sport (2022) and a C-UEFA coaching license (2025). He built his playing career with FC Rubin, Kazan (2018-2019), FC Kolomna (2019-2020), FC Rubin-2 (2021-2023), and FC Sokol, Kazan (2023-2024). Almaz speaks Russian and English.

Nikita is a specialist with a professional football education from the Russian State University of Physical Education (RGUFK / GTSOLIFK) — one of the leading sports universities in the country.
On the pitch he has competed at a high amateur and semi-professional level in the 5-a-side format:
• Champion of Russia in the Football Cup, 5×5 format (2018)
• Member of the Russian squad at the 5×5 World Cup in Brazil (2018)
This format demands speed of thought, tight control, one-touch play and constant decision-making in small spaces — skills that transfer directly into children’s training: first touch, positioning, game intelligence and confidence on the ball.
Nikita speaks in Russian and English and builds sessions that are structured, energetic and age-appropriate — from first steps with the ball to more demanding game situations.
